Little Bickington Farm

Good progress has been made on the site preparation works in the past month. The work has gone smoothly with, we hope, little or no disruption to residents or to passing traffic. Hedges and even trees have been moved to new positions and a mountain of topsoil stripped from the areas to be developed and stockpiled for future use.

We have received several positive comments about the physical start of the development after 10 long years of project planning work. Once the final pieces of the funding jigsaw have been put into place we look forward to the beginning of construction work in the very near future.

Community Directory

As residents may know, the High Bickington Community and Business directory, last updated back in 2005, is being revised for a 2010 edition. Whilst it is relatively easy to update existing entries (and we are grateful to Tim Halpin at Nethergrove House for helping with this) it is more difficult to be sure that we have included all newly established services and businesses. Please let David Venner (see contact details below) know of any additions as soon as possible.
