Little Bickington Farm

Preparations for the start of the development are moving forward:

  • Work is nearing completion to enable the making of an application for the discharge of the various planning conditions.
  • Formal offers of development finance have been received from three banks. These are, at the time of writing, under consideration.
  • We are actively pursuing other grants and loans to meet the costs of the affordable housing, workspace and renewable energy installations which comprise Phase 1.
  • The Mobilisation works (hedge realignment and removal of topsoil etc) are scheduled to start in early February and, assuming all funding is in place, infrastructure and building work should commence in April.
