November Update

Master Plan for Little Bickington Farm
If you are unable to attend the Exhibition of the revised Master Plan in the Meeting Point on 29th and 30th October, the plan can still be viewed there in office hours - please phone David Venner on 01769 560161 to make an appointment. The preferred option has been adopted by the Parish Council and will be submitted to the Planning Inquiry in January as part of the case that is being prepared.

Community and Business Directory
At the time of writing the updated directory is with the printers but copies will be delivered to every household in the parish by the end of October or early in November. The directory lists all known businesses and community organisations in the parish. If you have not received a copy please let David Venner know. Any omissions or information about new businesses/organisations should also be sent to him. The directory will be put onto the joint Parish Council/ Community Property Trust website (www. highbickington.org) so that it can be kept up-to-date.

Sport and Recreation
The results of the survey carried out last month are reported in a separate article in Ramblings. The application for Lottery funding has been sent to Sport England and we hope for a positive response in January - around the time of the Planning Inquiry.

Finally, a reminder that anyone with any questions, comments etc about the Little Bickington Farm proposals can contact the Project Coordinator/Administrator or any of the directors of the CPT via the project office - see contact details below.
