November 2011 update

Phase 1:

Phase 1 works continue to be approximately 7 weeks from completion. Pearce Construction have issued their notice of completion of these works by 22nd December 2011. The workshops will be complete and ready for handover by 28th November 2011

Phase 3a:

Foundations are complete, but there has been an approximate 3 week delay in the delivery of the timber framework.

Phase 1:

Good progress continues to be made with the Phase 1 building project. Affordable housing works are approximately 2-3 weeks behind program, but market sale housing works are ahead of schedule. It is anticipated that Phase 1 works will still complete by 23 December 2011 in line with the original program.

Little Bickington Farm development

Good progress is still being made with the Phase 1 building project, with some plots ahead of schedule and completion of this first phase is still on programme for 23rd December 2011.

House and Workspace Marketing

Webbers Property Services have been appointed for the marketing of the workshops and the two market sale houses. It is hoped literature and display materials will be available to view in the near future.
