Held on Wednesday 11 January 2012
at 7.30pm in the Meeting Point, High Bickington

Present:
Peter Tucker (Chairman), Steve Alford (Vice-Chairman)), Chris Brown, David Brown,  Stella Burrows, Roger Keen, John Phillips, Peter Worrall.

In attendance:
6 Members of the public, Mrs Di Carter – Clerk

The Chairman wished everyone a very happy new year.

Craft Course dates update

Dear Crafters, I hope you are all enjoying your craft course.  I have spoken to Dawn and Cathy, your course tutors, and as 13th February is half term they have decided to change the date.   I hope that the following dates will now suit you all better.

Woodland Meeting

Next woodland meeting is on 9th February at 7pm in the Meeting Point

It will be a good time to discuss the progress of the woodland following the laying of the hardcore and for ideas anyone may have for the comng year.
